  • 360-degree billboard space: A standard front-and-back label gives you two reading panels. A full-body sleeve gives you the entire container, with room for product education, certifications, QR codes, and secondary languages.

  • Shelf differentiation: Full-body sleeve graphics read as premium. The seamless wrap and ability to print photographic imagery around curves signal manufacturing investment.

Design Considerations

  • Bleed and safe zones: Artwork must account for non-uniform shrinkage. Critical elements must fall within a safe zone that accounts for distortion at the container's most extreme curves.

  • Distortion mapping: For contoured containers, artwork is pre-distorted so it appears correct after shrinking. Your label supplier should provide a container-specific distortion template.

  • Print quality: Shrink sleeve films accept high-resolution printing with vibrant colors, metallic inks, and matte or gloss finishes. Provide Pantone references alongside CMYK values. The film substrate affects color rendering differently than paper.
